At TheStyleKatha, each jewellery piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Incorrect orders placed by customers
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
Damaged or Broken Product Claims
Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product is received damaged or broken.
To qualify for a replacement request:
- A complete package opening video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
- The video must clearly show the damaged product.
- The claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via whatsapp.
Claims submitted without a complete opening video will not be accepted.
Refunds & Replacements
After verification of the damage claim, we may provide:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit, depending on product availability.
No Cancellation
Once payment is completed and the order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
