At TheStyleKatha, each jewellery piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

Damaged or Broken Product Claims

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product is received damaged or broken.

To qualify for a replacement request:

  1. A complete package opening video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  2. The video must clearly show the damaged product.
  3. The claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via whatsapp.

Claims submitted without a complete opening video will not be accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

After verification of the damage claim, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • Store credit, depending on product availability.

No Cancellation

Once payment is completed and the order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
